We find and validate the sites and answers our clients need - powered land with confirmed capacity, energisation dates, zoning and title - and deliver them under a single master services agreement. Once that first outcome lands, platform, workflows and services follow under the same agreement, without another procurement round. We're hiring Senior Account Executives to own that motion end-to-end with the world's largest data center developers, hyperscalers, energy and institutional real estate investors. You'll open the door with a concrete outcome, close the first deal fast, and set every customer up to expand within their first 30 days. You won't be selling alone. You'll bring Build's domain experts into the room for technical credibility and delivery, and work directly with the founders on the biggest accounts. WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• New business from first contact to signed contract: outbound, qualification, discovery, proposal, procurement and close
• A pipeline of developers, operators, hyperscalers and institutional investors across digital infrastructure, energy and industrial real estate
• Leading with outcomes: scoping the first validated sites or deliverables and getting the MSA signed
• Expansion: working with customer success on a 30-day plan for every first deal, then landing platform, workflow and services order forms under that MSA
• Forecasting and CRM discipline: every deal, next step and stage kept accurate
• Feeding what buyers ask for, push back on and compare us to into product and GTM WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, with a track record of beating quota
• Experience at a high-growth tech company that scaled past $100M in revenue, ideally selling data, software or services to enterprise buyers
• Real estate, data center, energy or infrastructure exposure is a strong plus - for example a brokerage, Big 4 real estate advisory, or data center sales
• Comfort with long cycles and senior buyers: CIOs, heads of acquisitions, development directors and procurement
• An outcome-first, consultative style: you sell the result, not the feature list
• Automation-first mindset and genuine curiosity about AI
• Based in New York or London, and willing to travel to close WHAT THIS IS NOT
• A volume SDR motion. We don't win deals by sending 500 cold emails.
• A demo-and-hand-off role. There is no handoff at Build: you stay with the customer through the first outcome and the expansion.
