Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional development. Produce high-quality written communications and contribute to client-facing materials, presentations, reporting, strategic planning, and related deliverables. In some cases, deliver client presentations and confidently communicate recommendations, results, and strategic plans to stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field. At least 4 years of professional experience in client-facing or agency-based public relations and communications. Demonstrated ability to establish strong client relationships and operate as a trusted communications partner. Proven ability to generate meaningful media results through strategic outreach, compelling storytelling, and creative campaign development. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and internal stakeholders. Experience supervising junior team members or demonstrated readiness to take on mentorship and team leadership responsibilities. Self-starter mentality, strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. A passion for media strategy and external storytelling is highly valued, and candidates are encouraged to apply even if their background does not align perfectly with every listed criterion. Benefits: Annual salary range of $90,000–$115,000 , with compensation determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and certifications. Additional compensation opportunities, including annual cash bonus programs. Flexible, fully remote work environment. Unlimited paid time off. Summer Fridays.
