Das erwartet Dich bei uns
• Verantwortung für Bilanz, GuV sowie Monats‑, Quartals‑und Jahresabschlüsse nach UGB & IFRS • Operatives Accounting: laufende Buchhaltung, Debitoren, Zahlläufe, Rückstellungen, Personalbuchungen • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Behörden und interne Fachbereiche • Analyse & Optimierung bestehender Prozesse – du identifizierst Engpässe und setzt Verbesserungen um • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs‑und Automatisierungsinitiativen, z. B. SAP S/4HANA, SQL, Excel (VBA, Power Query)
Das bringst Du mit
• Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, in der Bilanzierung oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung • Know-how in Prozessmanagement, Digitalisierung oder Finance Transformation von Vorteil • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie hohe IT-Affinität; SAP-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
