Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, commission structures, incentive programs, and promotional terms to maximize partner performance and profitability. Own the affiliate partnership lifecycle, including tracking setup, promotional offers, payment reconciliation, partner support, retention, and ongoing relationship management. Manage and optimize a large affiliate network of more than 2,000 partners, ensuring effective operations, strong engagement, and consistent performance. Analyze affiliate performance across partner categories, customer cohorts, and geographic markets using key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), revenue, conversion quality, and return on investment. Monitor commission expenditure against approved budgets and recommend budget reallocations based on performance trends, growth opportunities, and commercial objectives. Design, implement, and evaluate structured experiments involving partner incentives, promotional offers, audience segments, commission tiers, and campaign mechanics. Collaborate with Creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials and marketing assets that support partner activation and campaign effectiveness. Work with Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering teams to improve tracking infrastructure, attribution accuracy, performance measurement, and fraud detection. Identify suspicious activity, maintain partner quality standards, and implement measures to protect revenue integrity and acquisition efficiency. Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management and internal stakeholders. Monitor affiliate marketing trends, competitive developments, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for growth. Requirements: At least five years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, preferably within a B2C subscription business, consumer technology company, or comparable digital business. Demonstrated success recruiting, onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliate partner networks, with responsibility for partner performance and measurable commercial outcomes. Experience managing affiliate partnerships across multiple international markets and working with diverse partner categories, such as content creators, product reviewers, comparison websites, cashback platforms, and loyalty or verified communities. Strong practical knowledge of affiliate management platforms and networks, such as Impact, PartnerStack, or comparable solutions. Proven ability to manage commission structures, incentive programs, acquisition budgets, and commercial KPIs, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, revenue, and ROI. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, diagnose changes in partner effectiveness, identify high-potential segments, and translate findings into actionable optimization strategies. Understanding of attribution models, conversion quality, fraud detection, and partner quality-control practices. Experience designing and analyzing structured tests to improve partner incentives, promotional offers, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present performance insights and strategic recommendations through dashboards, written reports, and structured presentations. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Brand, Data, Finance, and Engineering, in a remote working environment. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple partner relationships, competing priorities, and ongoing optimization initiatives. A high degree of ownership, commercial judgment, initiative, and accountability, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
