Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Business Partner to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including digital transformation and M&A programs. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a solid understanding of enterprise IT and emerging AI technologies, and brings excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives at once, and stay focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.   Key Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and drive digital transformation and M&A initiatives across the enterprise, from discovery through delivery. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows. Analyze current business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements. Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimization using Generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation. Prepare business cases, solution proposals, executive presentations, and project documentation. Define project KPIs, track delivery against business objectives, and report progress to leadership. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams. Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Build strong relationships with business and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption. Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices, and share insights with the wider team. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline. Full-time, two-year MBA from a premier business school. 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Partner, AI Project Lead, Technology Consultant, Product Analyst, or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Supply Chain, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business analysis practices. Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, project management, and data analysis and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications MBA from a leading institution such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, ISB Hyderabad, or XLRI Jamshedpur. Experience working with AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies. Prior exposure to M&A integration or large-scale enterprise transformation programs. Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.
