Prepare permit applications and supporting documentation, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), wind certification documents, and other required submissions. Apply relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the design process to support safe, reliable, and constructible project outcomes. Communicate project updates, technical findings, and design recommendations clearly to internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Expert knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal codes and standards, including ASCE 113, ASCE 7, the International Building Code (IBC), and the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC). Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design work, reviewing subcontractor deliverables, conducting site assessments, and preparing permit documentation. Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and communication platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or equivalent tools. Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a project-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
