Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or 10–15 years of relevant professional experience. At least 7–10 years of construction management experience in the retail or grocery sectors. Proficiency with Procore and Smartsheet. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Ability to work independently from a home office, manage time effectively, and meet multiple deadlines. Willingness to travel regularly to project sites, including weekly visits when required.
