Account Delivery Management Lead facility operations, including lease and vendor management, space planning, compliance, facility assessments, site surveys, and recommendations for operational improvements. Own procurement and materials management activities across multiple contracts and programs, including acquisition planning, purchase order lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization. Establish and maintain IT asset management reporting and governance standards. Develop cost estimates and supporting documentation for new requirements, contract changes, and growth opportunities. Deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and briefings on operational and financial performance. Implement automation, AI, and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, security, and organizational requirements. Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years experience in project management These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret /SCI Security Clearance. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination. Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 8+ years experience in project management OR equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 4+ years financial management experience. Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification. Demonstrated experience managing and improving IT Asset Management processes and systems. Strong understanding of government contract structures, financial management, and the operational processes that support successful contract execution.
