ABOUT THE ROLE Join the customer deployment team at an AI-enabled procurement software startup. You will partner with engineering to guide customers from initial pilots through organization-wide adoption, turning procurement and sourcing needs into practical workflows and product feedback. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead customer deployments from pilot through full organizational rollout, working closely with engineering.
- Learn each customer's category-management and sourcing processes, then scope workflows that address their needs and can work across accounts.
- Run discovery workshops and deep-dive sessions to translate customer expectations into actionable technical requirements.
- Distinguish reusable platform capabilities from account-specific work and communicate customer behavior and feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Partner with procurement leaders, category managers, and executives on long-term rollout plans.
- Create playbooks, training materials, and best practices to support onboarding and adoption across customers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least three years of hands-on, customer-facing experience working with both end users and senior executives.
- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or buyer operations; procurement consulting experience is especially relevant.
- Fluency in German and English, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience designing customer workflows, leading workshops, and translating client needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple customer relationships, and build repeatable approaches to deployment and adoption.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, and able to travel to customers. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Equity may be available. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany, with some customer travel.
