The Senior Designer, Brand & Creative will help shape a distinctive and consistent brand identity across campaigns, digital experiences, events, executive communications, and sales materials. This hands-on role combines creative concept development, visual storytelling, and design execution in a collaborative, globally distributed technology environment. You will translate brand strategy and complex business ideas into compelling visual experiences that engage diverse audiences and strengthen brand recognition. Working closely with marketing, product marketing, events, digital, sales, and executive stakeholders, you will deliver creative work that balances originality with measurable business impact. You will also contribute to scalable design systems, reusable assets, and efficient workflows that elevate creative quality across the organization. The role offers opportunities to explore emerging technologies and AI-powered tools while continuing to develop your craft and influence the broader creative direction.
Translate brand strategy, campaign objectives, and audience insights into creative concepts, visual systems, and compelling design solutions. Develop high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels, including social media, presentations, event materials, executive communications, sales enablement, and internal communications. Create and evolve campaign identities, art direction, layouts, illustrations, motion concepts, and supporting brand assets. Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, marketers, event teams, and subject-matter experts to deliver integrated creative projects from initial brief through final production. Contribute to major brand initiatives, including global campaigns, product launches, customer stories, company events, and executive engagements. Ensure visual consistency across audiences, formats, channels, and markets while maintaining flexibility to adapt creative execution to different needs. Present creative concepts and recommendations clearly, explain design decisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback constructively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, quality expectations, stakeholder priorities, and available resources. Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, production partners, and vendors when additional creative capacity is required. Improve design systems, templates, asset libraries, documentation, and creative workflows to support consistency and operational efficiency. Provide constructive feedback, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative creative culture that continually raises design standards. Explore emerging design practices, technologies, and AI-powered creative tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve creative productivity. Apply AI tools responsibly, protecting brand integrity, accuracy, originality, privacy, and intellectual property. Work cross-functionally to ensure creative output supports audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, event experiences, executive communications, and broader business objectives. Requirements: Significant professional experience in design within a brand, creative, marketing, agency, or in-house environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft, typography, layout, art direction, and high-quality execution across multiple formats. Proven ability to take creative projects from initial briefing and concept development through production and final delivery. Strong visual storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex products, information, and business priorities into clear, engaging communication. A solid understanding of brand systems and the ability to apply established guidelines consistently while evolving creative expression. Experience delivering integrated campaigns and design work across digital channels, presentations, events, and other brand touchpoints. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative decisions to both design professionals and non-creative stakeholders. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the judgment to navigate differing opinions, incorporate feedback, and balance competing priorities. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects and deadlines concurrently. Comfort working in a distributed, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment. Proficiency with relevant design and collaboration tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, presentation software, and digital asset-management platforms. Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency. A curious, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to high-quality work and continuous learning. The ability to adapt to changing requirements while maintaining strong creative standards and reliable project ownership. Additional qualifications that would be an advantage: Experience designing for B2B technology, SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, WebOps, or open-source audiences. Experience developing brand systems and campaigns for global audiences and different cultural contexts. Skills in complementary creative disciplines, such as motion design, video, animation, illustration, or 3D. Experience designing for large-scale events, executive experiences, customer engagements, or physical environments. Experience collaborating with senior executives or executive communications teams. Experience managing relationships with agencies, freelancers, production teams, and external creative partners. Knowledge of responsible AI-enabled creative practices, including considerations around accuracy, originality, privacy, copyright, and brand consistency. A strong interest in how technology, design, and the open web can help organizations create meaningful impact.
