Senior DevOps Engineer - Azure

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (6+ years experience) with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP to lead end-to-end cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.  This role focuses on designing and operating secure, scalable, and production-grade cloud platforms, with emphasis on Azure-native services, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, and cloud governance. You will work closely with engineering teams and clients to deliver highly available, cost-optimized, and compliant systems. Experience: 6+ Years Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time (on - site)  Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles. Strong production experience with Azure , exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus and willingness to learn and work across other cloud or hybrid environments as needed. Deep hands-on experience in designing and managing Terraform based infrastructure provisioning.  Strong expertise in designing and securing Azure network architectures, including Hub-and-Spoke topologies, Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), Private Link, Application Gateway, and Azure Firewall. Experience with cloud native Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Bicep/ARM and Ansible (good to have). Strong knowledge and experience with container orchestration platforms such as AKS (must-have), Azure Container Apps. Exposure to EKS, GKE, ECS is a plus.. Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar tools. Proven expertise in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, Go, or Bash to build tailored automation solutions, integrate APIs, and develop custom tooling. Experience working with serverless and event-driven architectures. Strong understanding and hands on production experience of implementing observability solutions including logging, metrics and alerting using cloud native or open source tools. Hands-on experience with identity, access management, and enterprise governance in Azure using Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Management Groups, and Azure Policy. Experience in administering Windows and Linux based Cloud virtual machines, including AD integration, storage, networking, backup, performance optimization, access control, monitoring and troubleshooting. Experience designing and managing databases, knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL and MS SQL. Strong troubleshooting and Hands on experience in incident management, conducting root cause analysis. Good communication skills with experience interacting with clients. Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders. Nice to Have Certifications in Azure, AWS, GCP, Terraform, or Kubernetes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
