We are seeking a strategic and visionary communications leader to shape global corporate messaging, strengthen brand reputation, and build lasting trust among stakeholders in a dynamic, science-driven environment. In this senior leadership role, you will define and execute an integrated communications strategy that translates complex business priorities and scientific innovation into compelling, consistent narratives. You will oversee corporate storytelling, executive visibility, thought leadership, and global brand-building campaigns while ensuring alignment across regions and business functions. Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders, you will guide communications for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and other significant business developments. You will also explore emerging digital channels, AI-powered search, and evolving information ecosystems to enhance brand visibility and ensure accurate, accessible corporate information. This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished communications professional who combines strategic thinking, creative storytelling, executive influence, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business impact.

Develop and lead an integrated global corporate communications strategy that strengthens brand awareness, differentiation, reputation, and stakeholder trust while supporting long-term business objectives. Establish global messaging direction while incorporating regional priorities, cultural differences, market dynamics, and stakeholder insights to ensure communications remain locally relevant and globally consistent. Own and continuously evolve the corporate narrative, strategic storylines, brand identity, messaging architecture, external voice, and communications standards across scientific, corporate, leadership, culture, patient impact, and access-related topics. Oversee the development of foundational communications materials, including presentations, corporate brochures, fact sheets, press releases, executive talking points, and frequently asked questions, ensuring accuracy and consistency across channels. Lead the enterprise thought leadership strategy by identifying priority themes, target audiences, executive spokespeople, and opportunities to increase visibility through content, social media, speaking engagements, and earned media. Counsel senior executives on positioning, communications strategy, public visibility, platform selection, and reputational considerations, ensuring leadership communications reinforce a unified corporate narrative. Direct integrated global brand-building campaigns designed to increase corporate awareness, understanding, affinity, and trust, using research and performance data to optimize effectiveness and guide future investment. Lead communications planning and execution for business development transactions, acquisitions, strategic alliances, and partnerships in collaboration with Business Development, Legal, Investor Relations, Research and Development, executive leadership, and regional teams. Partner closely with Media Relations, Product and Pipeline Communications, Corporate Affairs, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Human Resources, and other functions to coordinate messaging, align priorities, and maximize communications impact. Monitor brand perception, stakeholder sentiment, industry developments, and emerging digital platforms, including large language models, AI-enabled search, and generative engine optimization, to identify new opportunities for corporate visibility. Strengthen the availability, discoverability, and consistency of authoritative corporate information across digital channels and evolving information ecosystems. Anticipate and mitigate reputational risks, advising leaders on sensitive communications decisions and ensuring clarity, consistency, and credibility in external messaging. Establish measurable performance indicators, evaluate communications effectiveness, and use research, analytics, and external intelligence to refine strategies and demonstrate business value. Manage communications budgets, external agencies, and vendors while ensuring responsible resource allocation and strong operational performance. Lead, develop, and motivate direct reports and matrixed teams across markets and time zones, fostering accountability, inclusion, collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
