Full job description
The role administers systems including Banner, CourseLeaf, ARGOS, CRM, EvaluationKit and scheduling tools; coordinates with IT on configuration and upgrades; leads testing and implementation readiness; develops reports and dashboards; and trains system users.
Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field; 6–8 years of higher-education experience preferred, including at least two years with student information systems. SQL/reporting knowledge, project execution and analytical skills are required. The vacancy is explicitly restricted to Qatari nationals.
