Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ERP PM (Workday/UKG) based in India. Take the lead on enterprise ERP transformation initiatives for a healthcare organization, driving delivery across Workday and UKG platforms. In this remote, contract-based role, you will coordinate complex project workstreams, align cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are achieved on time. You will oversee key UKG implementation activities, including module extensions and productivity initiatives, while maintaining strong project governance. Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, operational leaders, executive stakeholders, and external consultants, you will help resolve risks and manage dependencies. Your leadership will support implementation readiness, transition planning, and stabilization across critical enterprise systems. This initial three-month engagement offers the potential for extension or conversion, with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare operations.

You will provide hands-on project leadership across Workday and UKG initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, accountability, and delivery throughout the ERP transformation lifecycle. Lead project management across Workday and UKG workstreams, maintaining project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate Phase 3 UKG initiatives, including system extensions and implementation of the UKG Acuity module in collaboration with implementation consultants. Manage the productivity-focused portion of Phase 3, partnering with business and operational leaders to drive progress and delivery. Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, assign clear ownership, and follow up to ensure commitments are met. Coordinate activities across HR, Payroll, IT, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders. Identify risks, roadblocks, resource constraints, and dependencies, proactively driving resolution and mitigation. Prepare clear project status reports that give leadership visibility into milestones, risks, progress, and upcoming decisions. Support transition planning, implementation readiness, go-live preparation, and stabilization across ERP workstreams. Coordinate third-party vendors and consultants to maintain alignment with project objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings substantial experience managing enterprise ERP implementations or transformations, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams and coordinate stakeholders in a complex organization. Proven experience managing enterprise ERP implementations or transformation projects. Hands-on project management experience with Workday and UKG is strongly preferred. Experience managing concurrent workstreams, third-party vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, integrations, readiness, go-live, and stabilization. Experience working directly with software vendors and third-party implementation consultants. Strong project governance, planning, risk management, and dependency-tracking capabilities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills. Ability to maintain accountability, resolve roadblocks, and drive progress across teams with competing priorities. Experience in healthcare or another complex enterprise environment is preferred. Benefits: Hourly compensation of $70–$95 , depending on experience and qualifications. Fully remote position. Initial three-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion. Opportunity to contribute to enterprise ERP transformation initiatives in a healthcare environment. Exposure to Workday and UKG implementation projects, including productivity improvements and operational systems modernization.
