Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Field & Demand Generation Manager based in the United States. As Senior Field & Demand Generation Manager, you will lead regional marketing initiatives across North America, driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue through integrated field and digital campaigns. You will partner closely with sales leadership to develop strategic marketing plans, engage enterprise decision-makers, and accelerate opportunities across priority accounts. From executive roundtables and industry events to account-based marketing and digital demand generation, you will oversee programs that turn engagement into tangible business results. Working cross-functionally with sales, business development, product marketing, and marketing operations, you will ensure alignment throughout the customer acquisition journey. This hands-on role combines strategic planning, creative execution, budget management, and data-driven optimization in a fast-paced B2B technology environment. You will have the opportunity to shape regional marketing strategy, build scalable campaign processes, and directly influence business growth.
Own and execute the North American field and demand generation strategy in partnership with sales leadership, aligning marketing initiatives with pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue targets. Collaborate with regional sales leaders, account executives, business development representatives (BDRs), and revenue operations teams to establish quarterly plans, prioritize target accounts, and define campaign objectives. Plan and deliver regional marketing programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, trade shows, customer events, and user community initiatives. Develop and manage partner marketing and co-marketing initiatives with cloud and technology partners, including programs supported by market development funds (MDF). Execute integrated digital demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, lead nurturing, and retargeting to generate qualified demand and support field activities. Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs and pipeline acceleration initiatives for strategic accounts, including targeted engagement to advance late-stage opportunities. Manage the regional field and campaign calendar, event budgets, external vendors, and financial performance, ensuring effective allocation of resources and accurate budget forecasting. Partner with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, positioning, product launch campaigns, and persona-specific marketing initiatives. Work with content, brand, and web teams to create campaign assets, landing pages, nurture journeys, and conversion-focused digital experiences. Collaborate with marketing operations to maintain accurate campaign tracking, attribution, lead routing, reporting, and visibility across the marketing and sales funnel. Coordinate event and inbound lead follow-up with BDR and sales teams, ensuring timely lead routing and adherence to agreed service-level agreements (SLAs). Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), MQL-to-sales-qualified-lead conversion rates, Stage 1 pipeline, cost per opportunity, and pipeline contribution by program. Analyze campaign results, identify underperforming initiatives, and adjust or discontinue programs that fail to deliver measurable business value. Apply a test-and-learn approach to campaign channels, audience segmentation, messaging, and offers to continuously improve performance. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage marketing automation, and develop scalable processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of regional marketing operations. Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and establish marketing as a trusted strategic partner to North American sales leadership. Requirements At least seven years of experience in B2B field marketing and demand generation, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or technology companies. Demonstrated ownership of both field marketing and digital demand generation programs, with experience integrating the two into cohesive, revenue-focused campaigns. Proven ability to plan and execute executive events, roundtables, roadshows, and regional marketing programs from initial strategy and audience acquisition through logistics, follow-up, and pipeline reporting. Strong experience managing regional marketing initiatives across North America and working with geographically distributed sales teams. A track record of developing integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate sales opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth. Experience partnering directly with regional sales leaders to establish marketing priorities, negotiate resource allocation, review performance, and enforce lead follow-up commitments. Expertise across the marketing funnel, including top-of-funnel demand creation and mid- to late-stage pipeline acceleration. Hands-on experience with field marketing channels, including events, executive programs, partner co-marketing, and account-based marketing, as well as digital channels such as paid social, paid search, email, webinars, and lead nurturing. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, measure marketing effectiveness, optimize budgets, and communicate performance insights to stakeholders. Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels. Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where processes may still be evolving and strategic planning must be balanced with hands-on execution. A proactive, accountable mindset, with the ability to make decisions independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes beyond immediate responsibilities. A customer-focused approach, using customer insights and feedback to inform campaign strategy and strengthen relationships. A data-driven mindset, with a willingness to challenge assumptions, adapt strategies based on evidence, and continuously improve results. A commitment to high-quality execution, timely delivery, constructive feedback, and continuous professional development. Willingness to travel regularly across North America for regional events, customer engagements, and sales planning sessions.
