Lead finance review and accounting readiness activities for strategic business and commerce initiatives. Partner with Engineering and Product teams throughout the design lifecycle to ensure accounting and financial requirements are incorporated into proposed solutions. Evaluate new business models, commercial constructs, licensing changes, and platform capabilities for accounting and reporting implications. Drive launch governance processes from initial intake through implementation and post-launch review. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 4+ years accounting or finance experience OR Master's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 3+ years accounting or finance experience OR equivalent experience Professional accounting qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA or equivalent). Experience working in a matrixed global organisation with diverse stakeholders. Significant experience in Finance, Corporate Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Audit, Financial Controls, Financial Transformation, or related disciplines. Experience supporting enterprise-scale business transformation, system implementation, or product launch initiatives. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts. Experience evaluating business process and system design impacts on accounting outcomes. Knowledge of financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into finance and accounting solutions. Proven ability to lead through influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Strong programme and project management capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations and business case development. Ability to simplify complex technical and accounting concepts for diverse audiences. Partner with Revenue Accounting, Technical Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders to achieve alignment on accounting conclusions. Ensure launch solutions maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting obligations. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation plans for complex initiatives. Provide strategic guidance regarding business process design and operational scalability. Develop, maintain, and communicate launch readiness status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Support leadership decision-making through concise executive communications and presentation materials. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
