As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll partner closely with teams across the organization to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights. You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making, helping support Behaviour's continued growth and evolution.

Partner with operational teams to build, monitor, and improve budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators. Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identify key variances, and provide recommendations to support business decisions. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and future business performance. Monitor and evaluate financial and operational KPIs to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with departments across the organization to support planning, investment, and resource allocation decisions. Leverage multiple data sources to identify trends, drive performance improvements, and support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and integrations.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5 to10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets, databases, and financial models. Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement structures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both French and English.

Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles afin d’élaborer, suivre et optimiser les budgets, les prévisions et les indicateurs de performance financière; Analyser les résultats mensuels et trimestriels, identifier les écarts significatifs et formuler des recommandations pour soutenir les décisions d’affaires; Développer des modèles financiers et des analyses de scénarios afin d’évaluer les risques, les opportunités et la performance future de l’entreprise; Assurer le suivi et l’évaluation des indicateurs de performance financiers et opérationnels afin de fournir des informations pertinentes aux parties prenantes; Travailler en partenariat avec les différents départements pour soutenir la planification, les investissements et les décisions liées à l’allocation des ressources; Analyser des données provenant de différentes sources afin d’identifier des tendances, de mettre en lumière des opportunités et de soutenir diverses initiatives stratégiques, incluant les acquisitions et les intégrations.

Diplôme en finance, en comptabilité, en mathématiques, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente; Entre 5 et 10 ans d’expérience en planification et analyse financière (FP&A), en finance corporative ou dans un rôle analytique similaire; Excellentes aptitudes d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de synthétiser des informations complexes en recommandations claires et concrètes; Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et expérience avec les bases de données, les grands volumes de données et la modélisation financière; Bonne connaissance des principes comptables, des états financiers et des écritures comptables; Excellentes habiletés de communication et de collaboration en français et en anglais.
