ABOUT THE ROLE Join an engineering team building AI software for enterprise procurement. In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with procurement teams to understand their needs, build and deploy solutions, and improve AI agents based on real-world use. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Visit customer teams to understand their workflows and turn broad requests into clear problems to solve.
- Review agent conversations and execution traces to identify failure patterns, then improve prompts, context, and tool use.
- Work with the AI team to turn recurring agent failures into evaluation cases.
- Build product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations across the stack, from initial idea through production.
- Support rollouts, observe how customers use the software, and iterate until it delivers value.
- Bring recurring customer needs into shared product and platform capabilities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant experience in the 2 to 10+ year range, with a track record of shipping software used by real people.
- Strong full-stack or backend foundations, including production APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
- Production experience with TypeScript or Python; experience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful.
- Ability to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories, and to improve software based on direct observation of users.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer work; procurement knowledge is not required.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase, Vercel, and Python is relevant to the stack. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary and meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany, with travel and customer-site work required.
