ABOUT THE ROLE This is a backend-focused full-stack role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building an AI-powered enterprise content platform. You will own the architecture of the core content engine and scale the systems that power the platform, working directly with the founding team during a critical growth phase. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that power a large-scale content optimization platform.
- Contribute across the full stack, including frontend work, to ship features end-to-end.
- Set up autonomous, high-throughput workflows for large-scale content processing.
- Ship fast and iterate closely with the team to continuously improve platform systems. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong backend focus.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or data processing tasks.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications using containerization tools such as Docker.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Valid work permit to work in Germany. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available.
