Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer based in the United States. Join a collaborative engineering team building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications that support innovative, AI-powered customer communication solutions. In this senior-level role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on frontend development, application performance, and user experience. You will build responsive interfaces, develop robust backend services, and help deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable software using modern technologies. Working closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers, you will translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. You will also leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring, and debugging while maintaining high engineering standards. This is an opportunity to shape technical decisions, mentor teammates, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise web applications, balancing frontend quality, backend reliability, and efficient delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: Design, develop, and optimize responsive, interactive user interfaces using AngularJS or React, translating design mockups into functional and visually appealing web experiences. Build and maintain robust APIs, backend services, and application logic using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Azure SQL Server. Work with Entity Framework, Dapper, and SQL queries to develop efficient data access solutions and support reliable application performance. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering colleagues to define, scope, document, and implement application requirements. Apply industry best practices in coding standards, application security, software design patterns, and system architecture. Monitor, analyze, and optimize frontend and backend performance to improve responsiveness, scalability, reliability, and overall user experience. Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reduce the risk of regressions. Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, refactoring, testing, and debugging while applying sound engineering judgment and responsible AI practices. Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers, conducting knowledge sharing, and helping teammates resolve complex engineering challenges. Maintain clear documentation covering application architecture, APIs, systems, and development processes. Participate in production deployments, validate releases, and help ensure that application changes are delivered safely and reliably. Contribute to continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle, including development workflows and engineering practices. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack engineer with a strong frontend orientation, extensive enterprise application development experience, and a performance-first mindset. You should combine technical depth with sound problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to guide other engineers. Required qualifications include: At least 10 years of professional experience in full stack software development, particularly building enterprise applications. Strong frontend development expertise with AngularJS and React, along with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS. Experience building reusable frontend components, managing application state, and implementing real-time communication using SignalR or WebSocket technologies. Extensive backend development experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core. Strong SQL skills, including T-SQL, ORM technologies, and experience working with Azure SQL Server. Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Azure OpenAI to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and debugging. Familiarity with responsible AI practices, governance considerations, and integrating AI-powered automation into software development workflows. Knowledge of deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure. A demonstrated ability to build secure, scalable, high-performance web applications. Deep understanding of clean code principles, SOLID design principles, software architecture, and application security best practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and nontechnical teams. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Nice-to-have qualifications: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment workflows. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Azure Monitor, or similar platforms. Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional Scrum teams. Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Benefits: Competitive salary. Performance-based bonuses. Flexible working hours. 100% remote work. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Professional development opportunities and learning resources. A collaborative and innovative work environment that supports career growth.
