Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Business & Government based in the United States. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the Business & Government market by building and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role connects go-to-market strategy with measurable pipeline generation, combining account-based marketing, digital demand generation, and field event activation. You will own campaign planning and execution from initial brief through launch, optimization, and performance reporting, with direct accountability for pipeline contribution and conversion outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Customer Growth teams, you will align messaging, audience targeting, and campaign performance with business objectives. You will also lead data-driven event strategies and explore AI-powered workflows to improve personalization, efficiency, and campaign effectiveness. This is an opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and embraces emerging technologies to accelerate growth.
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Own the integrated campaign calendar for new customer acquisition across the Business & Government segment, defining measurable pipeline targets for every program. Translate go-to-market positioning and competitive differentiation into compelling, audience-specific campaigns and assets. Multi-Channel Demand Generation: Plan and execute campaigns across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, and field events. Coordinate with channel teams to maximize performance and ensure programs complement one another. Account-Based Marketing: Design, launch, and optimize account-based marketing programs targeting priority organizations, using account-level insights and buying signals to improve engagement and conversion. AI-Driven Marketing Innovation: Build and implement AI-powered workflows and automations for campaign analysis, audience personalization, and performance optimization. Support visibility in AI-generated research environments by coordinating generative engine optimization initiatives and adapting strategies to evolving buyer behavior. Field and Event Marketing: Coordinate regional activations, roadshows, executive dinners, partner-hosted events, and conference participation in collaboration with the Events team. Contribute to flagship customer events by integrating field activities with broader campaign strategies and pipeline objectives. Pipeline Generation and Attribution: Own a direct pipeline contribution target, monitor results weekly, and adjust campaigns when performance falls short. Partner with Marketing Intelligence to establish campaign-level targets, analyze intent data, track sourced and influenced pipeline, and maintain multi-touch attribution models. Content and Asset Development: Collaborate with Content, Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to develop landing pages, nurture emails, digital advertisements, one-pagers, sales enablement materials, event briefs, and post-event follow-up sequences. Marketing Operations and Lead Management: Work with Marketing Operations to support audience segmentation, lead routing, campaign tracking, and reporting through HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce. Customer Growth Coordination: Identify customer engagement trends, advocacy opportunities, and expansion signals, sharing relevant insights with Customer Growth and Advocacy teams to inform post-sale initiatives. Performance Reporting and Optimization: Track key performance indicators, including pipeline contribution, MQL-to-SQL conversion, closed-won rates, cost per opportunity, and event ROI. Test and optimize messaging, creative assets, calls to action, and audience segments. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Present campaign insights and recommendations during weekly pipeline reviews, partner closely with Sales and Customer Success, and influence stakeholders across teams to improve execution and ensure accurate campaign attribution. Requirements Professional Experience: 8–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or another complex enterprise environment. Pipeline Generation Expertise: Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and contribute measurably to revenue, rather than focusing solely on lead volume. Account-Based Marketing: Hands-on experience designing, executing, and measuring account-based marketing programs at the target-account level. Field and Event Marketing: Experience managing conference participation, regional marketing programs, and event budgets from planning through execution, including post-event attribution and ROI measurement. AI and Automation Skills: Practical experience building AI-enabled workflows and automations as part of day-to-day marketing operations, with examples of implementation and measurable results. Marketing Technology: Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce, including lead management, campaign tracking, and attribution processes. Intent Data and Targeting: Experience using intent data platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools to identify buying signals, prioritize audiences, and personalize campaigns. Paid Media and Agency Management: Experience managing paid media agency relationships across search, display, and programmatic advertising, as well as coordinating creative production. Analytics and Optimization: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, take initiative, and make evidence-based adjustments. Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex positioning into persuasive campaign copy, clear creative briefs, and executive-ready performance summaries. Collaboration and Ownership: Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and influence Sales and Marketing stakeholders while maintaining productive relationships. Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications: Experience marketing to corporate, government, or public-sector audiences; familiarity with generative engine optimization (GEO) and improving visibility in AI-generated answers; experience with AI-powered sales development platforms or outbound sequencing tools; and involvement in flagship customer events or user conferences as part of integrated campaign strategies. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization throughout employment. Visa sponsorship and immigration support are not available for this position. Benefits Competitive base salary: Expected annual salary range of $105,200–$150,000. The final offer depends on experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. Additional compensation: Potential company bonus or other compensation beyond the stated base salary. Remote work: Opportunity to work remotely from within the United States. Collaborative environment: Cross-functional partnership with teams spanning Revenue Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, Marketing Operations, Brand, and Customer Growth. Innovation and development: Opportunity to build AI-powered marketing workflows, experiment with emerging technologies, and influence campaign strategy across a growing market segment.
