Contribute to an entrepreneurial, performance-oriented culture through independent judgment, creative problem-solving, and accountability for underwriting results. Requirements Demonstrated expertise in healthcare professional liability underwriting, ideally involving senior living, home health, hospice, or adult day care accounts. Proven ability to assess complex insurance risks, interpret underwriting information, and make sound decisions that support portfolio quality and profitability.
