This role is a high-performance, target-driven sales position, focused on new business acquisition, where you will own your pipeline, consistently deliver results, and contribute to the development of the wider team. 👉 Discover life at TheFork   What you will do: This is a desk-based role focused on outbound sales activity. Your day-to-day will include: Prospecting restaurants via cold calls and outbound outreach Conducting virtual meetings and product demos to present TheFork products and services. Managing your own pipeline from first contact to closing Negotiating and closing deals in a competitive environment Following up consistently with prospects to move deals forward Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires Share best practices and contribute to team performance improvement Act as a role model in terms of activity levels, pipeline management, and execution Provide informal support to managers on day-to-day operational topics when needed   This is a highly proactive new business role focused on self-generated pipeline and outbound prospecting. Success in this position comes from consistency, ownership, and the ability to build strong commercial relationships in a fast-paced environment.   What success looks like: First 60 days: Quickly ramp on product knowledge and sales pitch Build a strong and structured pipeline Close deals early and demonstrate ability to operate autonomously After first 60 days: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets Maintain strong pipeline coverage and activity levels (65+ calls per day/10+ meetings per week) Contribute to team performance through knowledge sharing and support   Who you are: You must meet these essential qualifications: Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage 5+ years of experience in high volume sales, with a strong track record in outbound or inside sales roles (there are no inbounds) Proven experience managing full sales cycle independently, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to create urgency and close over the phone with ease Confidence to pitch via the phone on the office floor in front of your peers & other stakeholders Ability to operate autonomously in a competitive and fast-paced environment Strong commercial mindset with the ability to look at opportunities with a long-term and business first approach   You can impress with the following: A self-starter mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability A genuine passion for hospitality, with an interest in digital products and technology. A competitive nature, at TheFork, we strive to be the best.
