The group is a key enabler of this change bringing together strategic thinkers, technology specialists and delivery leaders to design solutions and deliver change while keeping vital services running reliably every day.About the role | Mō te tūngaWe are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of MSD's Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capability.CIAM is a critical enabler for MSD's future digital services, providing the identity foundation required to securely deliver customer-facing services. The work involves delivery across multiple technology platforms, integration points, vendors, security domains and business stakeholders.This role will be responsible for leading delivery through implementation, operational readiness, service transition and handover into Business as Usual (BAU) operations.You will work closely with programme leadership, architecture, security, operations, vendors and business stakeholders to coordinate complex dependencies and ensure successful delivery of this strategic capability.This is a 24-month fixed-term position based in our Wellington National Office.Key responsibilities include:Lead the end-to-end delivery of MSD's Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilityManage delivery across multiple systems, vendors, workstreams and stakeholder groupsCoordinate complex technical, business and operational dependenciesDrive integrated planning, governance, risk and issue management activitiesLead implementation planning and delivery across technology, security and business teamsEnsure operational readiness activities are successfully planned and deliveredEstablish and support service transition and handover into BAU operationsManage financials, delivery reporting and governance forumsEngage effectively with architecture, security, operational support teams and senior stakeholdersIdentify and resolve delivery risks, blockers and dependency challengesWe're committed to creating a workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
