Manage litigation from assessment through hearings, appeals and settlements; coordinate external counsel; address fraud, impersonation, brand and IP misuse; design content-policy controls; manage evidence, investigations and regulatory responses.
Requirements & qualifications
LL.B. from an accredited Iranian university; active license to practice before Iranian courts; 3+ years of litigation experience including 1+ year in-house at a reputable Iranian company; strong knowledge of Iranian civil/criminal procedure, cybercrime, e-commerce and IP law.
