This is an exciting opportunity to lead go-to-market strategy and demand generation for specialized software solutions serving property care and pest control businesses. You will operate at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to drive sustainable growth and build a predictable pipeline. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across the entire marketing funnel, from brand awareness to qualified leads and revenue opportunities. You will shape product positioning, coordinate launches, and develop campaigns that reach the right audiences at the right time. Working through cross-functional influence, you will align channel teams and commercial stakeholders around shared goals, budgets, and performance metrics. Your work will directly impact pipeline efficiency, lead quality, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative B2B software environment.

Own go-to-market strategy: Develop and continuously refine go-to-market plans for property care and pest control software solutions, aligning positioning, target audiences, product launches, and expansion opportunities across Marketing, Sales, and Product. Lead product marketing and launches: Partner with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into clear positioning, launch strategies, execution plans, timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes. Drive full-funnel demand generation: Build and manage demand generation strategies spanning awareness, lead acquisition, opportunity creation, and pipeline acceleration, ensuring programs support revenue targets. Manage pipeline planning and budgets: Establish pipeline targets, allocate demand generation budgets, forecast performance, and monitor results to identify opportunities for optimization. Strengthen inbound pipeline generation: Develop campaigns, content, offers, and nurture programs that increase qualified inbound leads and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel. Optimize marketing channels: Collaborate with paid media, content, email, SEO/GEO, website, and social teams to prioritize programs, improve lead quality, and maximize pipeline efficiency. Improve lead conversion: Work with Revenue Operations to refine lead scoring, routing, service-level agreements, attribution, and funnel processes that help convert inbound demand into sales opportunities. Partner across commercial teams: Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to improve pipeline coverage, incorporate lead quality feedback, and strengthen alignment between marketing campaigns and closed business. Monitor and communicate performance: Track funnel health, including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and attribution, making timely adjustments and regularly presenting performance insights to senior leadership. Lead through influence: Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities, resolve execution challenges, and establish effective collaboration across channel teams, Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations. Requirements Relevant professional experience: 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or go-to-market roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of full-funnel strategy and pipeline targets. Demand generation expertise: Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize inbound pipeline programs that deliver measurable results against pipeline or revenue goals. Go-to-market leadership: Experience developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch plans in close partnership with Sales and Product teams. Cross-functional collaboration: Strong ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate execution across multiple teams, including when you do not have direct managerial authority. Analytical and strategic thinking: Solid understanding of funnel metrics, marketing attribution, forecasting, and performance measurement, with the ability to build and defend data-driven pipeline plans. Communication and executive presence: Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present results, explain recommendations, and influence decisions with senior leadership. Leadership capabilities: Experience managing or mentoring team members, or leading cross-functional project teams, is an advantage. Industry knowledge: Experience working with recurring-revenue businesses in home or field services, particularly pest control, lawn care, pool and spa, or similar industries, is highly desirable. Technology familiarity: Knowledge of vertical SaaS platforms or field service management software is a plus. Adaptability and growth mindset: A proactive, collaborative approach, comfort working in a dynamic environment, and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches while continuously improving processes and outcomes. Benefits Competitive compensation: Annual base salary of $147,600–$221,400 USD for Zone 1 locations, including California, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and Washington State; or $137,900–$206,900 USD for other U.S. locations. Additional compensation: Annual bonus and equity opportunities as part of the total compensation package. Remote work: U.S.-remote working arrangement offering flexibility and opportunities for autonomous work. Comprehensive healthcare: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, with options covering 100% of employee premiums and 90% of dependent premiums. Retirement and financial wellness: 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and financial planning resources. Family and parental support: Parental leave, maternity support, breast milk shipping services, and up to $20,000 in fertility treatments, surrogacy, and adoption reimbursement. Health and wellness resources: Access to telehealth services, including One Medical memberships, along with pet insurance and legal advisory services. Work-life balance: Flexible paid time off and a supportive approach to employee well-being. Professional development: Comprehensive onboarding, leadership training, learning and development opportunities, and career growth programs. Recognition and community: Peer recognition through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and opportunities to participate in collaborative company-wide programs.
