基本資格條件

8年以上以下相關領域工作經驗：

CRM

Loyalty Program（會員忠誠度計畫）

Channel Marketing
-
Program Management
-
曾於電商（E-commerce）或數位平台（Digital Business）環境工作。

具備卓越的數據分析能力及以數據驅動決策的實績。
-
能在快速變動且高度成長的環境中獨立作業。
-
良好的專案優先順序管理能力。
-
優秀的溝通及協調能力。
-
中英文聽說讀寫流利。
加分條件
-
8年以上直接負責 CRM 或客戶經營相關 Marketing / Program Management 經驗。

具備電商平台或 B2C 產業實務經驗。

熟悉數據分析及商業智慧工具（BI Tools），包括：

SQL

Python
-
R
-
具備處理大型或複雜數據集分析經驗。
