Working with product management and market-facing stakeholders, the Lead Product Owner translates roadmap initiatives and projects into actionable development work, produces and maintains product artifacts, and drives delivery — while market-facing direction, priorities, and customer strategy are set jointly with in-market leadership.   On the coordination side, this role supports and oversees the product-owner process for the India-based team: scheduling and facilitating agile ceremonies, acting as a quality gate on product development lifecycle (PDLC) artifacts, and building a strong product-owner community of practice. This is a coordination and enablement role; it does not carry direct people-management responsibility.   The ideal candidate understands manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and agile product development, and is comfortable working across technical teams, product owners, and in-market product leadership.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Product Execution (Labeling Product Line)   Perform product-management execution for the labeling product line in partnership with in-market product leadership.   Translate roadmap initiatives and projects into epics, user stories, and a well-formed backlog.   Produce and maintain product artifacts, working with in-market leadership to close market-facing gaps.   Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes in line with roadmap direction set with in-market leadership.   Work with tech leads and development teams to plan sprints across multiple months.   Product Owner Coordination & Enablement (Both Product Lines)   Coordinate and support the product owners working across the labeling and corrugated product lines in India.   Schedule, facilitate, and oversee agile ceremonies — Program Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews.   Review and act as a quality gate on the completeness and quality of PDLC artifacts.   Build and support a product-owner community of practice — shared standards, templates, and continuous improvement.   Help product owners grow in their craft through coaching, feedback, and shared best practices.   Agile Development Collaboration   Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and architecture teams during sprint planning, development, and release cycles.   Coordinate with product managers, tech leads, and development teams in Program Increment planning.   Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.   Clarify requirements and ensure development teams understand the desired product outcomes.   Cross-Functional Coordination   Work with in-market product leadership (product management and market-facing stakeholders) to align execution with roadmap and customer needs.   Work with implementation, support, and sales teams to ensure product features align with customer needs.   Provide product expertise for internal stakeholders and help drive continuous improvement of product capabilities.   SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS   8+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software environment, including experience leading or coordinating other product owners.   5+ years experience leading or coordinating other product owners.   Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments and facilitating agile ceremonies, including PI planning.   Experience with ERP systems.   Strong experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining and reviewing product requirements.   Demonstrated ability to set and uphold quality standards for product artifacts.   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with distributed and in-market teams.   Product backlog and requirements management   Agile / Scrum facilitation and PI planning   Product-owner coordination and enablement   PDLC artifact quality and standards   Stakeholder communication across distributed teams   ERP / manufacturing domain   Nice to Have:   Experience with manufacturing, ERP, or scheduling applications.   Knowledge of production operations, shop floor workflows, or manufacturing analytics.   Experience working in a distributed / offshore model in partnership with in-market product leadership.   Experience establishing or supporting a product-owner community of practice.   Experience with tools such as Jira or similar backlog management systems.   Why Join Amtech   At Amtech, you will drive meaningful financial impact in a growing enterprise software organization while benefiting from Vista’s world-class ecosystem.
