As the operational backbone of Talent Acquisition, the RecOps team establishes and maintains the foundational infrastructure that makes scalable, high-velocity hiring possible. As a Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations, you are the visionary leader responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to build these crucial operational frameworks. You will drive the overarching vision, strategy, and execution across three core areas: process optimization and operational rigor, RecTech modernization and tooling strategy, and predictive talent intelligence and trusted data architecture.
