This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Growth based in the United States. As Senior Manager, Strategic Growth, you will lead expansion into new healthcare markets, developing and executing strategies that accelerate provider acquisition and business growth. You will own the full go-to-market lifecycle, from market opportunity assessment and launch planning to campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization. Alongside market expansion, you will build and manage strategic partnerships with industry players that unlock new distribution channels and strengthen market presence. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations, you will transform business priorities into coordinated initiatives with measurable outcomes. You will combine creative marketing execution with data-driven decision-making to identify promising opportunities, test new approaches, and scale successful programs. As a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will have significant visibility with senior leadership and ownership of strategic initiatives from conception through delivery. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare accessibility by helping more patients access financing options for elective medical and dental treatments.

Market Development and Provider Acquisition: Develop tailored acquisition strategies for each target vertical, including positioning, value propositions, offers, messaging, and channel selection to attract healthcare providers and drive adoption. Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling collateral and ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer acquisition journey. Pilot Programs and Growth Optimization: Design and execute market pilots, evaluate results, identify effective approaches, and scale successful initiatives. Use performance insights to refine campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize growth opportunities. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, including qualified leads, conversion rates, provider acquisition costs, and active providers. Present findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnerships that support expansion into new healthcare markets, including manufacturers, brands, distributors, professional associations, practice-management platforms, healthtech providers, and buying groups. Track partner-sourced pipeline, conversion, and business volume to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for expansion. Partner Advocacy and Relationship Development: Serve as the internal advocate for strategic partners, incorporating their feedback, needs, and market insights into go-to-market planning. Maintain strong relationships and ensure partnerships remain active, aligned, and commercially productive. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, execution, and business objectives. Lead projects from kickoff through completion while managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, emerging healthcare segments, and evolving provider needs to identify new growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Strategic Communication: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Sales leadership to establish priorities, communicate progress, and present growth strategies and results to senior stakeholders. Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, market development, strategic partnerships, or a related commercial growth function. Strategic Partnership Expertise: Demonstrated experience identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships as a go-to-market channel, including developing and executing joint marketing programs.
