This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager based in the United States. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead integrated B2B and B2C marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive e-commerce growth and revenue. This strategic, hands-on role combines marketing planning, campaign execution, creative development, and performance analytics. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns spanning digital advertising, social media, email, e-commerce, retail, partnerships, and events. By leveraging customer insights, market research, and experimentation, you will continuously optimize marketing performance and customer experiences. You will collaborate with product development, e-commerce, social media, and leadership teams while coordinating creative talent and external partners. This is an opportunity to grow a purpose-driven consumer brand in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where creativity, measurable results, and positive impact go hand in hand.

Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business growth, brand positioning, product launches, and revenue objectives across B2B and B2C audiences. Brand Positioning and Go-to-Market Strategy: Translate business priorities into audience strategies, compelling messaging, product positioning, naming, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with product development and leadership. Integrated Campaign Management: Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display advertising, email, social media, e-commerce, retail, partnerships, and events. Define campaign audiences, creative assets, budgets, timelines, tracking, and performance goals. Analytics and Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and use customer insights, market research, and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. Testing and Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests across creative, messaging, advertising, email, landing pages, and other customer touchpoints. Apply findings to refine campaigns, audience targeting, budgets, and channel strategy. Creative and Content Development: Personally create and edit marketing assets for advertising, social media, email, e-commerce, presentations, and educational materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered creative platforms. Multimedia Production: Develop or coordinate short-form video, photography, graphics, and other multimedia content. Write and edit marketing copy while ensuring brand consistency and channel-specific quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with social media, e-commerce, product development, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives and consistent brand experiences. External Resource Management: Coordinate freelance designers, photographers, copywriters, video professionals, and marketing partners, maintaining accountability for deliverables, budgets, timelines, and creative quality. Hands-On Execution and Continuous Improvement: Balance strategic leadership with direct involvement in day-to-day marketing activities, taking ownership of projects and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Requirements: At least eight years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated success developing and executing both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Proven ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, from campaign development and creative production to measurement and optimization. Strong experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels. Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics, performance measurement, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. Hands-on proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered creative platforms such as Higgsfield, along with experience developing or managing video content. Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, storytelling, customer journeys, and integrated marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative judgment, organization, and project management capabilities. Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams. Preferred qualifications: Experience with consumer products, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, health, or other consumer-focused brands; direct-to-consumer and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or Walmart Marketplace; retail media; Google Analytics/GA4; Google Ads; Meta Ads Manager; CRM and marketing automation tools. Additional preferred experience includes directing photography or video production, developing brand guidelines or visual identity systems, working with purpose-driven or B Corp organizations, and contributing to small, entrepreneurial, or growing businesses. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible to work in California. Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position. Willingness to travel occasionally for team gatherings, approximately four to six times per year, and for domestic trade shows, partner meetings, or marketing events as needed. Ability to work remotely, participate in video conferences, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds when transporting equipment or traveling. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities. Benefits: Annual salary: $105,000–$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Remote work flexibility: Remote work options for eligible employees, with California work eligibility required. Health and wellness: Health and wellness benefits for eligible roles. Performance incentives: Bonus opportunities tied to performance and organizational success. Paid time off: Accrued vacation and sick time to support rest and personal well-being. Product allowance: Quarterly allowance to enjoy company products for personal use. Community involvement: Team service days and paid volunteer time to support a 501(c)(3) organization of your choice.
