Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Member Success Manager, Tokenomics, FinOps, ITAM & FOCUS based in the United States. Drive member engagement and long-term value across a diverse technology ecosystem focused on technology spending, IT asset management, and the economics of AI. In this senior individual contributor role, you will manage strategic relationships across enterprise organizations and technology vendors, helping members access the programs, communities, and resources that best support their goals. You will combine hands-on operational coordination with strategic account planning to strengthen participation, satisfaction, and retention. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will turn member feedback and engagement data into actionable improvements. This opportunity offers the autonomy of a small, fast-moving team alongside the stability and resources of an established global organization. The ideal candidate brings deep community knowledge, strong relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.

Manage a broad portfolio of member relationships across FinOps, Tokenomics, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and FOCUS, maintaining regular communication and account planning with practitioners, subject matter experts, marketing teams, and executive sponsors. Coordinate daily member operations, including reviewing member details, approving access, connecting members with relevant programs and benefits, managing working group and Slack access, routing requests, and maintaining accurate records. Develop targeted engagement strategies for strategic accounts to increase participation in working groups, events, and collaborative initiatives while demonstrating measurable member value. Partner with membership development teams and leadership on onboarding, renewal, and expansion strategies, using engagement insights to support retention and growth. Maximize member participation and visibility at major ecosystem events, including Tokenomicon and FinOps X, by advising on programming and highlighting member contributions. Establish and manage reporting frameworks to measure member satisfaction, engagement, participation, and retention risks, translating findings into account plans and cross-functional campaigns. Represent member needs internally by sharing feedback and ecosystem insights with teams responsible for programs, best practices, events, education, and community development. Maintain member data quality and governance in HubSpot and LFX, improving integrations, reporting capabilities, and workflows to enable proactive relationship management. Lead cross-functional initiatives that address recurring operational challenges, improve collaboration, and strengthen shared accountability across teams. Requirements: Direct experience within the FinOps Foundation or Tokenomics Foundation community is essential, whether through practitioner membership, working group participation, vendor-side member engagement, or Foundation staff experience. Seven to ten years of experience in member success, customer success, ecosystem development, strategic account management, or a related field. Proven success managing a substantial portfolio of high-value or high-volume relationships, developing engagement strategies, improving retention, and influencing cross-organizational initiatives. Ability to build credible relationships with practitioners, marketing contacts, technology vendors, cloud providers, enterprise organizations, and senior executives. Advanced CRM proficiency, preferably with HubSpot, along with experience using Salesforce and Google Sheets. Strong data management skills and a hands-on approach to improving CRM records, workflows, reporting, and operational processes. Extensive experience working in remote-first organizations, managing relationships across time zones, and collaborating with distributed teams. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate member needs into practical solutions. A proactive, action-oriented mindset, with the ability to move quickly, deliver work iteratively, follow through on commitments, and remove blockers for colleagues. Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time for conferences, regional events, executive member meetings, team offsites, and occasional international engagements. North America-based candidates are strongly preferred to ensure effective collaboration with the majority of strategic members. Benefits: Annual salary range of $140,000–$205,000 USD . Fully remote work arrangement, with a preference for candidates based in North America. Senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and autonomy. Opportunity to work across influential technology communities focused on FinOps, Tokenomics, IT asset management, and technology value. The stability and resources of an established global organization combined with the agility of a small, startup-like team. Opportunities to collaborate with enterprise technology organizations, industry practitioners, and ecosystem leaders. Participation in major industry events, member initiatives, and cross-organizational projects.
