Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Mgr, Partner Strategy & Ops, Partnerships & Alliances based in the United States. As a Senior Manager of Partner Strategy and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening partner ecosystems and translating strategic priorities into measurable business results. You will lead high-impact initiatives across partner programs, strategic alliances, operational governance, and technology-enabled transformation. Working across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Data, and Operations, you will ensure seamless execution throughout the partner lifecycle. You will develop scalable operating models, performance frameworks, and processes that enhance partner engagement, improve productivity, and support sustainable growth. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and hands-on program leadership in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will also serve as a trusted operational leader, driving complex initiatives independently while providing continuity and visibility across critical business priorities. Join a collaborative, innovation-driven team where your work will help shape partner experiences and advance digital capabilities in an increasingly AI-enabled business landscape.

Lead the operational execution and continuous improvement of partner programs, including partner tiers, benefits, scorecards, governance frameworks, participation criteria, and end-to-end partner journeys. Coordinate program implementation across partner managers and supporting teams, manage review cycles and governance forums, and facilitate the transition of existing partners into updated program structures. Develop standardized processes, communication plans, playbooks, and enablement materials to drive consistent program adoption, improve partner engagement, and strengthen operational effectiveness. Independently lead strategic partner initiatives from initial definition and planning through implementation, launch, adoption, and stabilization, ensuring alignment across business functions. Establish clear project objectives, scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, decision points, and success metrics, working closely with internal stakeholders and selected partners to address requirements and adoption challenges. Manage partner launch governance and project management office activities by overseeing intake, assessment, prioritization, launch readiness, stage gates, integrated delivery plans, and post-launch reviews. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, resolve delivery issues, escalate critical decisions with actionable recommendations, and communicate project progress, risks, trade-offs, and required actions to senior leadership. Maintain partner scorecards, program KPIs, performance dashboards, and recurring business reviews, analyzing engagement, pipeline, revenue, adoption, and participation to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Translate performance data into actionable recommendations regarding partner progression, investment, enablement, and intervention strategies, preparing executive-ready presentations and decision-support materials. Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, Data, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, attribution, and analytical efficiency while reducing manual work. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, redesign, and automate partner operations, translating business needs into detailed requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans. Lead or support technology-enabled initiatives involving CRM systems, partner relationship management platforms, partner portals, workflow automation, analytics, integrations, and AI-powered processes. Coordinate solution validation, testing, training, and deployment, measuring outcomes such as reduced processing time, lower manual effort, improved partner experience, and reduced operational risk. Document standard operating procedures, decision frameworks, controls, and governance mechanisms to ensure consistency, scalability, and continuity across critical business activities. Act as a trusted operational partner to leadership, providing independent execution capacity, managing competing priorities, and ensuring accountability across complex initiatives. Requirements: At least 7 years of relevant experience in partner operations, partner programs, business operations, strategic program management, solution design, business analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled transformation. Demonstrated experience operating as a senior business partner or trusted deputy, providing leadership continuity and independently managing high-priority initiatives. Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, strategic alliances, channel programs, and the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including partner onboarding, engagement, performance management, and growth. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept development and business-case definition through implementation, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Experience designing and implementing operating models, governance structures, strategic roadmaps, business processes, decision frameworks, performance measures, and accountability mechanisms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with dashboards, scorecards, KPI development, forecasting, performance reporting, and executive-level business insights. Ability to interpret ambiguous or incomplete information, structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations, and translate strategic objectives into practical execution plans with measurable outcomes. Experience gathering and refining business requirements and translating operational needs into scalable workflows, data products, process improvements, and technology solutions. Familiarity with CRM and partner relationship management platforms, partner portals, workflow automation, analytics tools, reporting systems, integrations, and digital partner experiences. Working knowledge of Salesforce, Experience Cloud, Partner Cloud, or comparable PRM platforms, along with relevant reporting, automation, and partner-facing technologies. Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across Partnerships and Alliances, Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Data, and Operations without relying solely on direct authority. Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to develop executive presentations, communicate business updates, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent organizational and portfolio-management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, deadlines, and competing business needs in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Benefits: Competitive annual base salary: $119,700–$222,300 USD, depending on location, skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. Performance-based compensation: Eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual and overall business performance. Comprehensive healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance programs.
