About The Role
我們正在尋找具備人才策略思維與執行力的招募人才！ 你將與各部門主管密切合作，深入了解團隊的人才需求，從人才搜尋、面試到錄用，負責完整的招募流程，協助團隊找到適合的人才。 同時你也將參與招募管道、雇主品牌與招募流程的優化，透過數據與市場觀察持續提升招募效率與人才品質，成為推動 Lalamove 成長的重要夥伴。
【工作內容】

經營多元招募管道，透過 104、LinkedIn、社群及其他招募平台，持續建立人才庫並提升人才觸及。

觀察招募市場與人才趨勢，分析招募數據與成效，持續優化招募策略、工具及流程，提升招募效率與品質。

與團隊合作推動雇主品牌及招募行銷相關專案，提升 Lalamove 在人才市場的曝光與吸引力。

參與人力規劃及其他 People Operations 專案，協助優化人資制度與組織流程。
【工作待遇】
- 月薪 42,000 - 59,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
