Apply approved AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency and insight while exercising independent judgment and safeguarding confidential employee and business information. Requirements: At least 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner, People Partner, or equivalent strategic HR experience. A minimum of 3 years partnering directly with director- and VP-level leaders in a technology, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced business environment. Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, performance management, employee relations, and broader talent management initiatives. Experience supporting Product, Engineering, Design, Data, or other technical teams, with an understanding of product development environments and their talent needs. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people and organizational decisions to business priorities and outcomes. Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters, performance concerns, and leadership challenges with discretion, sound judgment, and empathy. Confidence using qualitative and quantitative people insights to identify patterns, influence stakeholders, communicate recommendations clearly, and evaluate impact. Excellent relationship-building, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, direct, and empathetic approach. Ability to work effectively in an AI-enabled environment, responsibly using approved tools, validating outputs, recognizing limitations, and following privacy and data-security requirements. Preferred qualifications: Experience supporting Product Development organizations, including Engineering, Product Management, Product Design, Data, or AI-focused teams. Experience working in global, distributed organizations and navigating multiple employment jurisdictions. Background leading enterprise-wide people programs or scaling HR practices during significant organizational change. Benefits: Annual base salary: $157,000–$235,000 USD, depending on relevant experience, job-related capabilities, work location, and other applicable factors. Additional compensation: Potential eligibility for bonuses and other incentives beyond base salary.
