Manpower Engineering is partnering with a manufacturing leader in Tomah, WI for a Senior Process Engineer – Laser Cutting Title: Senior Process Engineer – Laser Cutting Location: Tomah, Wisconsin (100% onsite with minimal travel – domestic and international) RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE Compensation: FLEXIBLE (client is willing to pay market value based on experience) Type of Position: Direct Hire No CTC/Sponsorship is not available Job Summary As a Senior Process Engineer, you will support a brand new production line. General functions: monitor & interpret data outputs from processes, optimize & improve existing processes, ensure process quality. You will support production by ensuring equipment is properly maintained, guiding troubleshooting efforts, and leading process improvement initiatives. Individuals in this role are expected to serve as mentors to junior engineers and collaborate with other cross-functional teams in the organization to achieve production goals.
