General functions: monitor & interpret data outputs from processes, optimize & improve existing processes, ensure process quality. You will support production by ensuring equipment is properly maintained, guiding troubleshooting efforts, and leading process improvement initiatives. Individuals in this role are expected to serve as mentors to junior engineers and collaborate with other cross-functional teams in the organization to achieve production goals.
