Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Analyst based in the United States. Join a remote-first team focused on building intuitive, reliable, and data-driven digital financial products. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, experimentation, and data science, helping shape decisions that drive user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and business leaders to understand user behavior and uncover opportunities for improvement. Through rigorous experimentation and advanced analytics, you will turn complex data into actionable product recommendations. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to influence product roadmaps, optimize customer journeys, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-moving technology environment.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will lead product analytics initiatives from defining business questions to evaluating results and recommending improvements. Your work will help teams make informed decisions, validate product ideas, and improve the overall user experience. Own end-to-end product analytics for key consumer-facing products and strategic initiatives. Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, cohorts, and customer journeys to identify opportunities for growth, monetization, retention, and improved user experience. Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments across product features, user experience, pricing, and growth initiatives. Collaborate with Product Managers to establish hypotheses, success metrics, and guardrails for experiments and product launches. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain product KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring metrics to measure performance and experiment outcomes. Ensure accurate event tracking and reliable data instrumentation for new and existing product features. Use AI-assisted tools and machine learning techniques, including segmentation and propensity scoring, to support deeper analysis and product decisions. Respond to ad hoc data requests from cross-functional teams. Conduct strategic analyses that inform product roadmap prioritization and broader business strategy. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with practical experimentation experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence product decisions. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and communicating insights that lead to measurable improvements. At least 4 years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a related role within a consumer-facing technology company. Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing A/B tests that produced measurable improvements in revenue, average revenue per user (ARPU), retention, or other key business metrics. Strong understanding of experimental design, statistics, and causal inference, including the limitations and trade-offs of real-world experimentation. Extensive experience analyzing conversion funnels, cohorts, lifecycle metrics, and customer journeys. Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R. Experience creating effective dashboards and data visualizations; Tableau experience is an advantage. Ability to use AI tools to expand analytical capabilities and independently tackle complex analytical questions. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with product strategy and commercial outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through evidence-based recommendations. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining analytical rigor and execution quality. Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or marketplace products is an advantage but not required. Benefits: Competitive salary: Annual base pay of USD $140,000–$165,000 for remote roles based in the United States. Compensation depends on experience, skills, business needs, and market conditions. Unlimited paid time off: Available for salaried full-time employees. Comprehensive healthcare: Competitive health benefits and mental wellness support. Mental health resources: Free one-to-one virtual visits with a licensed mental wellness professional. Remote-first flexibility: Fully remote work environment with a cameras-on culture. Work-from-home support: Equipment reimbursements available to new hires. Professional development: Annual budget to support learning and career growth.
