ABOUT THE ROLE Join a consumer edtech team building AI-powered learning experiences for students. You will own product areas from early concepts through launch, shaping the product's quality and direction in close partnership with engineering and senior leadership. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead product design from conception and prototyping through research, iteration, and shipping.
- Deliver polished interfaces and motion design that make learning experiences intuitive and engaging.
- Build and scale design systems that help the team deliver consistent quality.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows and explore AI-native product experiences.
- Use prototypes and experiments to move quickly, and share feedback that raises the team's design standards. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Several years of product design experience, with the ability to guide more junior designers.
- A strong portfolio showing crafted product design and work that has shipped.
- Meaningful experience designing B2C or consumer products, ideally in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience taking designs from prototyping through research and launch, with a focus on shipped product.
- Experience scaling product quality through code-first design systems, AI-powered design reviews, or similar approaches.
- Comfort using AI tools to support prototyping, research, and product delivery.
- A practical, collaborative approach, with strong systems thinking and an ability to simplify complex user journeys. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany.
