Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer – Growth/Website based in United Kingdom. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to shape high-impact website experiences that turn visitors into qualified business opportunities. In this remote role, you will own conversion-focused design across a global website and its landing pages, from identifying opportunities to launching and evaluating experiments. You will combine exceptional visual design, compelling storytelling, and data-driven decision-making to improve user engagement and conversion rates. Working closely with growth, marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams, you will translate business objectives into clear, persuasive customer experiences. You will have the autonomy to develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly based on measurable results. This is an opportunity to influence a high-visibility digital experience while helping establish best practices in experimentation and design excellence.
You will take ownership of website conversion initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring that every design decision supports user needs, business goals, and continuous improvement. Own conversion optimization across the website and landing pages, proactively identifying opportunities and defining priorities without waiting for detailed briefs. Develop clear problem statements and success metrics, then design, prototype, launch, and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve performance. Apply strong visual and user interface design skills to create polished, accessible, and on-brand web experiences aligned with the existing design system. Collaborate with growth, performance marketing, and sales teams to understand business priorities and translate them into customer-focused messaging and page experiences. Use visual and written storytelling to communicate the value of new products, features, launches, and commercial offers. Plan and deliver experiments in partnership with growth product managers, engineers, data analysts, and lifecycle marketers. Design landing pages for new product and feature launches in collaboration with product marketing teams. Maintain high standards of design craft and experimentation, sharing constructive feedback and helping other designers improve their work. Evaluate experiment results and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative user insights into ongoing design iterations. Support the end-to-end delivery process, including design quality assurance, to ensure that implemented experiences match the intended design. Requirements: You bring extensive product design experience, strong conversion optimization expertise, and the ability to combine creative execution with analytical thinking to deliver measurable business results. At least 8 years of experience in product design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of website and landing page design. Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies. A solid understanding of hypothesis development, experiment design, statistical significance, and iterative optimization. Excellent visual design and UI skills, with a portfolio showcasing polished, high-performing web experiences and landing pages. A growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to test assumptions, learn from results, and continuously improve. Strong storytelling skills and a clear understanding of visual hierarchy to guide visitors toward meaningful actions. Experience using analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics to combine performance data with user insights. Proven ability to take web experiments and product launches from initial concepts through implementation and design quality assurance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and recommendations to both design teams and business stakeholders. Experience building and maintaining design systems for marketing websites. The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Benefits: Fully remote working arrangement, with the role open to eligible candidates in Europe, the United Kingdom, Israel, and Brazil. Potential stock grants, subject to role, employment status, and location. Optional flexible office membership through IWG. The opportunity to directly influence the website experience that introduces prospective customers to the business. Collaboration with a strong design team and opportunities for professional learning and development. The chance to work on high-impact conversion initiatives in a fast-growing, international environment.
