Full job description

As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

Position Overview Contracts embody the complex and dynamic DNA of an organization’s most critical business relationships. As a leading CLM platform, Agiloft has a unique opportunity to help businesses discover, understand, manage and leverage their contracts in innovative, practical, and effective new ways. The Senior Product Manager – Agents and Intelligence, will be responsible for shaping and leading the development of agent-driven workflows at Agiloft, capturing data insights across our platforms, and leveraging those insights to deliver business value to our customers. You will identify high-value opportunities where agents can unlock efficiency across the contract lifecycle, drive usage and enhance the long-term value of the product. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and execution discipline: defining and tracking success metrics for agentic workflows, orchestrating updates to Agiloft’s APIs to ensure seamless data accessibility, observing and productizing data insights, and working across UX, engineering, legal knowledge engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers. You will bring curiosity, insight, and a strong track record of innovation to create meaningful, user-centered product experiences. As a champion of agentic solutions, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Agiloft as the leader in applying intelligent agents to contract lifecycle management.

Own the roadmap and execution of agentic solutions on the Agiloft CLM platform, ensuring they drive measurable business and customer impact. Co-lead a strategic initiative focused on delivering AI driven insights and optimizations throughout the product. Identify high-value workflows across the contract lifecycle that can be effectively supported and enhanced by intelligent agents. Dive deep on Agiloft core functionality to gain expert-level understanding of Agiloft capabilities. Define and track success metrics for agentic workflows, ensuring adoption, customer satisfaction, and measurable ROI. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to orchestrate updates to Agiloft’s APIs, enabling seamless data availability for agent-driven solutions. Partner with UX and design teams to uncover user insights and ensure agentic experiences are intuitive, collaborative, and user-centered. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications. Stay deeply informed about the contract lifecycle management (CLM) space, agentic AI advancements, and competitive offerings. Drive cross-functional alignment with product marketing, sales enablement, and customer success to position Agiloft’s agentic solutions as market-leading. Act as a product evangelist, internally and externally, for Agiloft’s agentic capabilities. Partner with peers to shape and execute the roadmap for agent-enabled contract lifecycle innovations. Other duties as assigned.

5+ years experience as a product manager at a fast paced software company. Advanced command of state of the art trends in building, measuring, and improving generative AI B2B applications. Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and connect tactical execution with broader company strategy. Strong experience defining success metrics and applying data-driven decision-making. Background in enterprise B2B SaaS applications, ideally in legal tech, contract lifecycle management, ERP, CRM, or BPM systems. Experience working closely with engineering teams to design and evolve APIs for ecosystem and agent enablement. Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills to influence across organizational boundaries.

Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, multi-agent collaboration, or orchestration platforms. Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent tools, or similar technologies. Background in building and scaling generative AI or agentic products in enterprise environments. Experience with enterprise no-code platforms and extensibility strategies. Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer workshops, conferences, and research studies.
