Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Core based in the United States. Join a fully remote, globally distributed team dedicated to simplifying short-term rental management through intuitive, high-impact software. As Senior Product Manager, Core, you will shape the product vision and strategy, transforming customer insights into solutions that save users time and make property management effortless. You will own key product initiatives and multi-million-dollar business lines, driving measurable business outcomes from discovery through launch. Working closely with engineering, sales, customer support, and senior leadership, you will balance customer needs, technical complexity, and commercial priorities. This role offers significant autonomy, entrepreneurial challenges, and the opportunity to influence the direction of a growing SaaS product. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that values transparency, experimentation, continuous improvement, and results.

As Senior Product Manager, Core, you will lead product strategy and execution, ensuring that every initiative contributes to customer satisfaction and business growth. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, setting priorities, and delivering impactful solutions from concept to launch. Own outcomes and performance across multi-million-dollar business lines, ensuring product decisions drive measurable business results. Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating strategic objectives into focused, rapidly deliverable projects. Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback, stakeholder input, and cross-functional insights to define product requirements and shape solutions. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish product plans and roadmaps informed by customer interactions and broader market needs. Partner with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to identify the right problems to solve and deliver valuable features and products. Coordinate product launches, managing timelines, dependencies, and execution to ensure smooth and timely releases. Prioritize competing initiatives and balance engineering effort, delivery costs, customer value, and business impact. Define and recommend metrics to track product adoption, usage, and outcomes for end users. Identify opportunities for innovation, product expansion, and improvements that strengthen the overall product offering. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with excellent communication, customer empathy, and a proven ability to deliver results in complex, fast-moving environments. You should be comfortable managing several initiatives simultaneously, making independent decisions under uncertainty, and maintaining a consistent pace of execution. At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, real estate technology, or hospitality software. Exceptional communication skills, particularly written communication, with the ability to articulate customer needs and concerns clearly and precisely. Strong empathy for customers and teammates, with a commitment to understanding different perspectives and solving meaningful problems. Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product development, including launching new products or features from the ground up (0-to-1). A strong execution mindset, with the ability to ship products consistently and make informed trade-offs between competing priorities. Proven project management skills, including the ability to structure initiatives into workstreams, identify dependencies, and organize priorities using appropriate tools. An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and persistent approach to product ownership and problem-solving. Confidence in making decisions and maintaining momentum in ambiguous situations without requiring extensive guidance or support. Availability to work primarily within European or US Eastern time zones. The role is remote, and candidates are not restricted to a specific country. Benefits: Competitive compensation: Total annual compensation budget of USD $170,000–$207,546.90, depending on location and cost of living. Flexible international hiring: Engagement as an international contractor or as an employee in the United States, European Union, or Australia, subject to local employment arrangements and payroll taxes. US employee compensation: Gross annual compensation ranging from USD $156,746.97 to $191,366.75. Healthcare and retirement benefits: US employees have access to healthcare plans, including EPO, PPO, and HSA options, as well as a 401(k) plan. Equity participation: Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) with a current grant value of up to USD $75,471.60, offering an opportunity to participate in long-term company value creation. Performance-based rewards: Eligibility for additional annual Performance Share Units (PSUs) of up to USD $449,402, awarded only upon achieving clearly defined business performance targets. These awards are tied to measurable outcomes and do not vest over time. Generous time off: 35 days off per year, including self-managed public holidays, along with parental leave. Mental health support: Complimentary access to therapists and emotional support through Slack. Peer recognition and rewards: Earn virtual coins through a peer recognition platform and redeem them for gift cards, charitable donations, or monetary rewards. Autonomy and trust: A supportive, caring, and radically transparent team culture that emphasizes ownership, flexibility, and results rather than close supervision.
