Establish clear stakeholder communication practices across Product, Engineering, Technical Program Management (TPM), Design, and business teams, maintaining a reliable source of truth for plans, decisions, timelines, and outcomes. Align operating rhythms with partner product organizations to ensure cohesive execution and a consistent end-user experience across interconnected product areas. Design and implement scalable systems, tools, and workflows that streamline operations, reduce administrative overhead, and improve team efficiency through AI and automation. Identify opportunities to improve the product development lifecycle, prioritize high-impact operational enhancements, and measure their effectiveness in improving quality, productivity, and delivery speed. Partner with content exploration teams and cross-functional product and technology stakeholders to advance innovation roadmaps and deliver new content discovery experiences. Lead complex, cross-functional programs that span multiple product areas, managing dependencies, stakeholder expectations, changing priorities, and organizational transformation. Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic vision, business opportunities, and execution plans for transformation initiatives. Monitor portfolio progress, surface risks and blockers, and translate complex project information into actionable insights that support informed decision-making. Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, and effective collaboration across distributed teams. Requirements At least 10 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related discipline within a product-driven organization. Proven ability to design, implement, and scale operational processes, team cadences, and systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy. Strong experience managing strategic planning processes, OKRs, QBRs, roadmaps, portfolio prioritization, and executive reporting. Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize complex or incomplete information into clear, structured, decision-ready insights. Demonstrated ability to connect individual projects and programs to broader business objectives and strategic priorities. Experience building scalable operational tools, workflows, and systems that improve efficiency, with practical knowledge of AI-powered solutions and automation. Strong judgment in identifying operational improvement opportunities, evaluating trade-offs, and prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable impact. Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience partnering with Product, Engineering, TPM, Design, and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with product and operations tools such as Jira and Airtable, along with the ability to adapt existing frameworks to meet evolving team needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex plans, risks, decisions, and progress clearly to senior leadership. Strong program management capabilities, including dependency management, change management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and execution across multiple workstreams.
