This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Imaging Implementations based in Canada. This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive complex, enterprise-scale healthcare IT implementation programs across Canada. You will own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role places you at the center of strategic relationships with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, IT teams, government organizations, and partners. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and establish strong governance, risk management, and decision-making frameworks. Your expertise will help transform enterprise imaging environments while supporting adoption and long-term customer success. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, bringing together healthcare, technology, engineering, consulting, and customer success professionals. This is a field-based role offering significant visibility and the opportunity to influence large-scale healthcare technology transformation.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise healthcare IT implementation programs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, contractual commitments, and business goals. Maintain accountability for program scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, issues, and overall customer satisfaction. Act as the primary leadership contact for major Canadian healthcare customers, developing trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, IT teams, government organizations, and strategic partners. Establish and oversee program governance structures, including executive steering committees, escalation frameworks, risk management processes, and cross-functional decision-making forums. Coordinate multidisciplinary implementation teams across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Clinical Consulting, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and other functions. Drive customer adoption and successful implementation outcomes by maintaining alignment across technical, clinical, operational, and commercial stakeholders. Lead resource planning, capacity management, financial forecasting, performance monitoring, and operational planning throughout the program lifecycle. Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and escalations. Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across implementation processes, delivery practices, and team performance. Develop team capabilities and foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing program environment. Requirements: 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, in Program Management, Professional Services, Healthcare IT Implementations, Service Delivery, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent discipline. Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale healthcare information technology implementations. Experience with enterprise imaging, PACS, VNA, RIS, EMR/EHR, cloud healthcare platforms, public-sector healthcare programs, or comparable healthcare technology environments. Strong understanding of enterprise healthcare environments, including radiology workflows, healthcare delivery networks, and integrated delivery networks. Proven expertise in program governance, executive stakeholder management, customer relationship management, financial planning and forecasting, resource planning, risk and issue management, contract and scope management, change management, and cross-functional leadership. Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, clinical stakeholders, technical teams, government organizations, and external partners. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex customer environments, build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and resolve competing priorities. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead large-scale multidisciplinary programs from initiation through implementation, adoption, and successful completion. Ability to operate effectively in a field-based environment and engage directly with customers and partners. Canadian work authorization is required; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship are not eligible. Benefits: Base salary range of CAD $126,000–$198,000 , with actual compensation determined by factors including skills, experience, geographic location, business needs, and internal equity. Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives, depending on the role and applicable programs.
