Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Product & Marketing Operations based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced, PMP-certified Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution across new product development and integrated marketing initiatives. This high-impact role is responsible for transforming concepts into successful launches while ensuring accuracy, alignment, and operational excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Brand, Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Operations, and Supply Chain, as well as external vendors and partners. From product formulation and packaging to campaign delivery and retail activations, you will establish clear processes, manage critical timelines, and proactively address risks. The ideal candidate combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, strong attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to project management. This is an opportunity to help a growing consumer brand scale its operations while delivering seamless product launches and effective marketing campaigns.

Lead end-to-end project execution: Own product development and marketing projects from initial concept and kickoff through final delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives are met. Manage new product development: Coordinate the full lifecycle, including research and formulation, packaging development, labeling, claims, compliance, sampling, testing, approvals, and launch readiness. Drive marketing campaign delivery: Oversee sales campaigns, seasonal launches, retail activations, television segments, influencer initiatives, and strategic partnerships across relevant channels. Define project scope and requirements: Lead formal project kickoffs and establish clear deliverables, SKU requirements, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder responsibilities before execution begins. Own timelines and critical paths: Build and maintain detailed project schedules in Monday.com, monitor dependencies, coordinate milestones, and proactively address delays. Ensure retail and launch readiness: Verify that products and campaigns are fully prepared for direct-to-consumer, retail, and media channels, including all operational requirements, creative assets, packaging, labeling, and approvals. Identify and mitigate risks: Anticipate potential issues, communicate risks before deadlines are affected, and develop practical solutions and recovery plans. Maintain execution accuracy: Ensure consistency and precision across dates, SKUs, campaign details, asset naming, documentation, and project logistics. Coordinate creative assets and approvals: Track video, photography, copy, packaging, and other deliverables, ensuring they are reviewed, approved, organized, and submitted correctly. Drive cross-functional alignment: Keep internal teams, external vendors, and partners aligned on priorities, expectations, timelines, and responsibilities through clear communication and structured documentation. Provide execution leadership: Promote process discipline, accountability, and operational consistency while supporting and coordinating the work of junior project managers and project coordinators. Requirements: PMP certification is required. 4–7+ years of project management experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end new product development and integrated marketing execution. Experience in beauty, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or e-commerce is preferred. Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate Brand, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Social Media, and external partners. Proficiency with project management tools and structured project management methodologies; experience with Monday.com is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify gaps and prevent execution errors. Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to develop solutions before issues affect delivery. Clear, proactive communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders around deliverables, timelines, and expectations. A high level of ownership, accountability, and independence, with the ability to deliver results without constant follow-up. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and operational discipline. Benefits: Annual salary: $110,000–$130,000. Employment type: Full-time. Work arrangement: Remote within the United States, with a hybrid arrangement preferred for candidates based in Yonkers, New York. Leadership opportunity: Direct oversight and coordination of a Junior Project Manager and Project Coordinators. Cross-functional exposure: Work across product development, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, retail, and external partnerships. Career impact: Play a key role in strengthening execution processes and supporting business growth through successful product launches and marketing campaigns. Specific healthcare, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits are not detailed in the provided job description.
