About The Role   Konrad is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Delivery team. You'll lead cross-functional teams through medium and large-scale digital and AI projects, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and high-quality deliverables that drive real business impact for our clients. The internal title for this role is Senior Specialist, Digital. What You’ll Do Support engagement leads and oversee project execution across rapid-to-market initiatives and large-scale digital and AI transformations Manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, resourcing, and budgets across multidisciplinary design and technology teams Facilitate daily team cadences, sprint planning, and status updates to keep project momentum on track Interpret client expectations and business challenges, converting them into actionable delivery roadmaps and scope boundaries Make sure client goals, project milestones, and quality standards are consistently met Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks, scope shifts, and technical dependencies proactively Create detailed project documentation, status reports, and client presentations, leveraging AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency Mentor junior project managers and team members, including helping them integrate modern project management and AI tools into their day-to-day work Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in project management or digital delivery within a consulting, agency, or technology environment Experience leading cross-functional strategy, design, and development teams on medium to large digital projects Experience delivering AI-related initiatives, or a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle for digital and AI-driven products A strong understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies, scope tracking, and resource allocation A proven track record of client collaboration, relationship management, and clear stakeholder communication A demonstrated passion for digital product delivery, user experience, and modern technology frameworks A commitment to continuous learning about emerging project management practices and tech trends, especially AI Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with high attention to detail An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex delivery challenges The ability to work well both as a collaborative team lead and independently Mentoring experience Perks and Benefits Comprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits Package Socials, Outings & Retreats Retirement Planning Parental Leave Program Annual tech & travel allowance Culture of Learning & Development Flexible Working Hours Work from Home Flexibility Service Recognition Programs Bonus Points Have you taken any courses at BrainStation?
