Our Vision: Define and dominate data-driven e-commerce design with the world's best strategists, designers, copywriters, data analysts, and developers. The last 4 years we created a new niche, that never existed: aesthetic design combined with data driven strategies. This way we outperform any other agency in the space. We rethink every best practise. We work as an agile, intentional small team with the best of the best in Strategy, Data Analysis, Design and Development. Our 4 core values are: OWNERSHIP, HUNGER, EXCELLENCE, INTEGRITY. As a boutique agency, we only work with a maximum of 13 active clients. Your Responsibilities You’ll plan and manage workflows within our innovative data-driven design process. You’ll also coordinate team tasks and help bring new ideas to life. You’ll lead challenging projects for your favorite brands from Germany and the U.S. We work at a fast pace! That means being able to juggle 20 things at once is part of your daily routine. Your Profile You have extensive experience with agency projects. You have an excellent understanding of the fundamentals of e-commerce. You’re an absolute pro with Shopify. You’re a quick learner, and for you, learning and being among the best are top priorities. You’re fluent in English and German (!) The most important thing is that you bring passion and drive to bring a startup forward - for us, this isn’t just a cliché, but the top criteria for working together and being part of our team!
