Manage user access, document approval workflows, and oversee AI-powered data enrichment and imports. Territory planning and account distribution: Execute weekly account assignments, maintain user profiles and automated workflows, address regional coverage gaps, and coordinate territory assignments for new Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Data quality and governance: Maintain accurate account hierarchies, resolve discrepancies between systems, conduct data audits, implement validation rules, and monitor data quality metrics and scorecards. Reporting and analytics: Build dashboards and reports that help sales leadership monitor territory coverage, AE capacity, account penetration, BDR productivity, and regional performance across North America, the UK and EMEA, and Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ). Sales support and enablement: Provide first-line revenue operations support, manage account ownership and hierarchy changes, support product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, and create training materials and documentation for sales teams. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) alignment, Finance on headcount and productivity planning, and Business Applications teams on system configurations and business reviews. Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automate recurring tasks, strengthen data governance, and create scalable workflows across the revenue operations function. Project execution: Own process improvements from planning through implementation, ensuring systems, territory management, and reporting processes remain aligned with evolving business needs. Requirements: Professional experience: 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably supporting global teams and multiple geographic regions. Process ownership: Demonstrated success managing end-to-end process improvements, territory planning, and complex workflows across multiple business systems. Salesforce expertise: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including the ability to manage data, support operational workflows, and improve system effectiveness. Data enrichment and automation: Hands-on experience with Clay for data enrichment and workflow automation, along with account enrichment and deduplication tools such as ZoomInfo and RingLead. Analytical capabilities: Strong root-cause analysis, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn operational information into meaningful business insights. Attention to detail: A high degree of accuracy when managing account hierarchies, territory assignments, system configurations, and data quality processes. Communication and collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with sales leaders, marketers, finance professionals, and technical teams. Project management: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and delivering improvements. Additional qualifications that are an advantage: Advanced Clay expertise, including API integrations. Experience with AI-powered data enrichment and the Gemini API. Familiarity with Salesforce Apex, Process Builder, or Flow. Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations or large-scale data migrations. Experience building Slack workflows or integrations. Benefits: Annual base salary: $80,000–$100,000. Annual bonus: Additional 5% variable bonus, contingent on company performance. Equity: Eligibility for a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Flexible time off: Unlimited responsible paid time off. Flexible working hours to support work-life balance. Parental leave to support employees and their families. Technology stipend to help support work-related technology needs. Financial benefits: Flexible spending accounts and a 401(k) retirement plan. Team culture and engagement: Employee-led initiatives and inclusive events celebrating team achievements.
