How You’ll Make An Impact:

Design and implement SAP Master Data Management solutions that support business and transformation objectives.

Lead functional workstreams from requirements analysis through configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Translate business requirements into solution designs and collaborate closely with technical teams throughout implementation.

Facilitate workshops and guide solution discussions with business and technical stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve master data processes and recommend scalable, business-focused solutions.

Contribute to successful project delivery by taking ownership of key work packages and supporting solution decisions
Your Expertise:
-
Minimum 5–7 years of experience with SAP Master Data Management, SAP MDG, or related SAP data management solutions.

Functional and/or technical proficiency demonstrated through at least three full-cycle SAP implementations.

Strong understanding of master data processes and the ability to identify optimization opportunities.
-
Solid solution design and SAP configuration skills.
-
Good cross-functional SAP knowledge supporting end-to-end business process design.

Consulting mindset with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend practical solutions.

Experience working across industries and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
-
Fluency in German and English with strong communication and presentation skills.

SAP certification in a relevant SAP solution area is an advantage.
