Conduct quantitative risk assessments (QRA), interpret the results, and communicate findings and potential schedule impacts clearly to relevant stakeholders. Identify scheduling issues and dependencies that could affect project delivery, supporting proactive mitigation and informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to maintain schedule accuracy, consistency, and alignment with overall project objectives. Support effective project controls by ensuring schedules provide a reliable basis for tracking progress and assessing delivery performance. Requirements At least 5 years of scheduling experience in energy, utilities, semiconductors, data centers, or related mission-critical projects and programs. Demonstrated experience conducting quantitative risk assessments (QRA), with the ability to interpret findings and communicate implications to key stakeholders. Practical experience using Primavera P6 (P6) for project scheduling and timeline management. A degree in project management, construction, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Strong understanding of project scheduling principles, including the Critical Path Method, Work Breakdown Structures, project milestones, and schedule dependencies. Familiarity with project execution plans, contracting and procurement strategies, and project controls processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate scheduling risks and identify potential delivery challenges. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach to schedule development, monitoring, and reporting. Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coordinate timelines and resolve competing priorities.
